The Cornish tin mining industry maybe history now, but it’s landscape remains a resounding and echoing reminder of when Cornwall contributed immensely to the development of mining practice around the world. The pounding and smoking residue of beam engines, the labour of men and the swirling danger of working on precipitous cliffs can still be felt whilst exploring this amazing region.
